SpaceX and Cursor are collaborating to develop the most advanced coding and knowledge work AI. This partnership leverages Cursor's premier software engineer distribution and product with SpaceX's powerful Colossus training supercomputer.

The synergy is geared towards creating the most effective models worldwide. Cursor has granted SpaceX an option to either acquire Cursor for $60 billion or compensate $10 billion for their joint efforts later this year.
