Link: The $299 Halo smart glasses will remember the names of people you meet
Startup Brilliant Labs has announced the Halo smart glasses, an upgrade from the Frame model, now priced at $299. These new glasses feature enhanced AI capabilities for more natural interactions with the Noa multimodal AI agent.
The Halo comes in a Wayfarer style, only available in matte black, and are launching exclusively on the company’s website with limited preorders expected to ship by late November 2025.
For added privacy and ease of use, the Halo smart glasses include a microOLED display for visuals and use bone-conduction speakers for audio, promising up to 14 hours of battery life.
The smart glasses are equipped with the Narrative system, which creates a personalized knowledge base from your interactions, helping recall names and details in conversations.
Brilliant Labs has also introduced Vibe Mode, enabling users to create customized applications via voice commands to fulfill specific personal needs without sifting through an app store.
These improvements aim to make the Halo not only a tool for everyday convenience but also an intimate technological companion that adapts to the user’s life and preferences.
