Link: OpenAI rolls out Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts integration in ChatGPT

OpenAI has integrated Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts into ChatGPT Pro, enhancing its functionality. These connectors allow the AI to access and reference your data in conversations.

The integration means that user interactions with ChatGPT will be more personalized and efficient. It eliminates the need to manually input information.

For instance, similar to its Dropbox support, if you enable these connectors, ChatGPT can pull relevant information from your Google services during chats.

This feature is initially available to Pro users and will soon expand to Plus, Team, Enterprise, and Edu plans. Users can activate this feature in their application settings under Connectors.

Enabling these connectors allows seamless use in both deep research tasks and standard ChatGPT interactions. If you have pre-enabled deep research access, separate activation for connectors is not required.
