Link: Bose announces QuietComfort Ultra headphones with support for lossless audio over USB-C

Bose has announced the second-generation QuietComfort Ultra wireless headphones, available for pre-order at $449. This new version supports lossless audio via USB-C and retains the 2.5-millimeter jack for wired listening.

Set to launch on October 2nd, these headphones can be purchased from Bose's online store, Amazon, and Best Buy.

The QuietComfort Ultra now comes in four colors: black, white smoke, driftwood sand, and midnight violet.

Battery life has improved, offering up to 30 hours with active noise cancellation and up to 45 hours when ANC is turned off. A new Cinema Mode also enhances audio for a more immersive experience in movies, podcasts, and audiobooks.

The headphones feature upgraded bass performance and minimized background noise from the ANC system.

Additionally, the QuietComfort Ultra now supports Bluetooth 5.4, Google Fast Pair, and Spotify Tap for enhanced connectivity options. On-head detection and low-power standby mode contribute to user convenience and battery preservation. #
